Expressing yourself in English through rhythmic movement. Children will be dancing in small groups in order to learn and feel confident with the foreign language. Co-ordinated from our native speakers, many topics will be approached all relating to dance and movement. This camp will be choreographed and will get the children speaking English with more confidence and fluency.
Our dance teachers will be showing the children a variety of dance styles. With time the children will feel confident in their movements and learn to understand and speak English freely. All the conversations during the camp will be in English, giving the children as much input as possible. Soon they will be communicating with their dance partners in English, helping each other to practice new vocabulary and dance moves. The small groups will be working in a friendly atmosphere, so that the children have the space and patience to try out their new moves and language. The fun in dancing and learning English comes hand in hand at this ‘dance camp’.
